Production Description

NYB series plate leaf filter is a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, closed operation of precision filtration equipment, suitable for salad oil, crude oil, oil, resin, food, pharmaceutical, polyether, environmental protection and water treatment and other industries.

Production constucture

The main body of the filter is made up of vessel, filter screen, lifting structure and automatic discharging device. Filterscree are made by material of multilyer stainess steel which installed at the center collection pipe and cleaned up conveniently . In the process of filtration, the unfiltered liquid with filter aid come into the body through transmission system. After a stable filter cake formed on the filter gauze flakes, the filtrate are filtered through the micropores of filter cake

Filter leaves detail

The filter leaves are the main working part of a filter. It is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel gauze with different dimensions and the filtrate channel is located at its center and the periphery of the filter gauze is the rectangle or circular cross section frame made of stainless steel plate which is used as the filtrate collecting channel and is riveted with the filter plate and filter plate frame. There is the joint of the discharge gate at the under-part of the filter gauze that is plugged into the liquid collecting tube. The socket between the joint and the liquid collecting tube is sealed with “O” ring.
