DMF-Y-102S Solenoid Pulse Valve can used in any dust collector design ,designed for dust collectors and baghouses with reverse pulse jet filter cleaning systems. Full Immersion design produces the strongest air pulse.Durable materials and wide temperature range enhance lifespan, Longer filter life.

Our manifold flat mount valves for reverse pulse jet systems in dust collectors are manufactured from die cast aluminum. They are full immersion valves, with the inlet port located right inside the compressed air manifold. Drawing the compressed air directly from the tank delivers improved pneumatic performance and a significant boost to the air pulses.

This kind of pulse valve is installed directly on a secondary gas bag and achieves better circulation quality. The valve has less pressure loss, and is applicable to the operations with lower gas pressure.

The full immersion technology makes them suitable for demanding applications.

Installation

1.Tanks and blowtubes must be independently restrained.

2. Make electrical connections to solenoid.

3. Ensure compressed-air supply is dry and free from oil and dirt.

4. Check all cleaning system components are secure before applying pressure.

5. Apply moderate pressure and check for leaks.

6. Fully pressurise system.

7.Test fire and listen for proper actuation and crisp pulse noises.
