Liquid cylinder
When the cylinder rotates to a fixed position, the valve above the
filling valve is opened and the bottle is inflated. When the bottle
pressure reaches a certain value, the filling valve is opened by
pressure. The pressure inside the bottle is the same as the
pressure inside the cylinder. Carbonated beverage flows into bottle
with the filling valve, and the gas inside the bottle. When the
liquid reaches the position of the return pipe, it can not be
exhausted and the liquid can not flow down. So the filling level
can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the return pipe away
from the bottle mouth. When the cylinder rotates to a certain
position, the fork on the filling valve is knocked down, the intake
port is closed, the filling valve mouth is also closed. Next, the
exhaust port on the filling valve is touched, and the gas at the
bottle mouth is discharged to avoid excessive pressure at the
bottle mouth, resulting in carbonated beverage rushing out of the
bottle mouth.
