2. Intelligent outdoor introduction

Intelligent outdoor integrated cabinet series is mainly used for wireless communication base stations, including the new generation 3G/4G system, communication/network integrated services, access/transmission switching station, emergency communication/transmission, etc.

3. Structure

The intelligent outdoor cabinet series adopts a foam sandwich panel with a thickness of 20mm and EPS fireproof material inside, which is composed of an external box, internal sheet metal parts and accessories. The box is compact in structure, easy to install, excellent in sealing performance, and IP55 in protection grade.

The cabinet is divided into equipment cabinet, power cabinet and battery cabinet according to its functions.

The integrated outdoor cabinet for the base station adopts single-bin cabinet and double-bin cabinet. The dimensions of single-bin cabinet are: external dimension W x D x H: 900mmx900mmx2100mm

Equipment cabinet: It is mainly integrated with AC power distribution unit, dynamic loop monitoring unit, auxiliary direct-through fan and LED lighting.

Door and lock :It is mainly integrated with AC power distribution unit, dynamic loop monitoring unit, auxiliary direct-through fan and LED lighting. The cabinet door adopts embedded structure, and the gap between the doors is compact. The door opening angle is>110 °, and the cabinet door contains a limit structure. The door limit device has a limit function when the door is in the "open" state. The door lock adopts a three-point structure of pull rod and lock plate, which is firm in structure and strong in anti-theft.

4. Structural technical indicators

(1)The cabinet can be installed with standard 19-inch rack, 21-inch rack and battery rack. The internal dimension and structure of the 19-inch rack, such as spacing and hole spacing, meet the requirements of and ;

(2)The cabinet uses threaded connection with anti-loosening device as the structure and bearing connection. The anchor bolts for fixing the cabinet body are hot-dip galvanized bolts;Rivets or rivet nuts shall be arranged in order, and there shall be no crooked head, cracked head and looseness. The riveting surface is not concave, deformed or damaged.

2.2 Door and door limit

A The cabinet door uses a vertical hinged door structure.

B The door limit device has a limit function when the door is in the "open" state.

C The door limit device automatically activates the limit function when opening the door, and manually cancels the limit function when closing the door.

D When the door is fully open, the maximum opening angle is greater than 110.

E The door and door limit device are in good condition without excessive wear after 1000 times of opening/closing repeated operations.

F The door limit device can withstand the static load caused by opening and closing the door generated by 22m/s wind under the limit state, without mechanical damage or function failure.

5. Design of ventilation window and filter screen

1. A stainless steel mesh with a thickness of 1mm and a specification of 16 mesh is welded at the air outlet of the ventilation window, which has the function of preventing the invasion of insects and discordant animals. There is a corrosion-resistant dustproof mesh component inside the air inlet of the ventilation window. The dustproof mesh component is a filter with a thickness of 10mm and a specification of 30 ppi. The filter mesh is folded along with the folded support mesh, and the filter is fixed in the aluminum plate frame. The whole dustproof net assembly adopts modular design for easy maintenance.

2. The fan air outlet is designed on the door panel assembly. The fan air outlet and the cabinet are designed as louvers with a vertical angle of 35 degrees. The rainwater flows downward along the louvers. At the same time, there is a secondary structure at the air outlet to prevent rainwater from flowing into the structure.

6. Wiring design and grounding protection

Wiring design

(1) The feeder and other external cables shall be routed at the bottom;

(2)The internal wiring between multiple standardized cabinets adopts the wiring mode of base outside the cabinet;

(3)AC line, DC line, signal line and ground wire shall be routed and bound separately;

(4)The bottom of the cabinet is designed with a wire passing hole and a wire passing rubber ring. The cabinet column is designed with a wire passing hole and the opening has been polished without burr.

Grouding protection

1. The cabinet is equipped with grounding bar, which is made of copper bar with anti-corrosion coating, with a sectional area of 50mm2, and 10 connecting screw holes of appropriate size and corresponding screws are reserved;
2. The metal parts of the cabinet are interconnected and connected to the grounding bar. The connection resistance between any two points is less than 0.1 Ω;
3. The protective ground of other equipment in the cabinet is connected to the grounding bar;
4. All grounding wires in the cabinet adopt the national standard yellow-green cable, and the copper core wire with a sectional area of 4mm2
5. The grounding connection point has clear grounding marks;
6. The cabinet must be connected to the outdoor grounding system to ensure the grounding safety of the cabinet and the equipment in the cabinet, and meet the relevant provisions of QB-W-011-2007 Technical Specification for Lightning Protection and Grounding for Base Station.

The vandalism resistance of the anti-theft lock shall meet the Class B requirements in GA/T 73-1994 , as shown in the figure.

Anti-theft lock and door frame use a three-point structure of anti-theft.

Connection fastening

• The threaded connection with anti-loosening device is used as the structural and load-bearing connection. The anchor bolts for fixing the cabinet body are hot-dip galvanized bolts. The connection is firm and there is no missing connection or virtual connection;
• Rivets or rivet nuts shall be arranged in order, and there shall be no crooked head, cracked head and looseness. The riveting surface is not concave, deformed or damaged;
• Door hinge adopts internal hinge mode.

Coating color

The color of the cabinet surface coating is white gray (RAL7035). If the municipal construction has special requirements, the color required by the municipal construction can also be used. The coating meets the requirements of GB/T 3181-2008.

7. Main features

• The box has the characteristics of dust prevention, sun protection, rain protection, etc., and is fully adapted to the outdoor environment.
• The equipment cabinet adopts air conditioning for heat dissipation (heat exchanger can also be selected as heat dissipation equipment), with MTBF ≥ 50000h.
• The cabinet is equipped with lighting fixtures.
• The cabinet layout is reasonable, and the cable introduction, fixation and grounding are convenient for operation and maintenance; Power line, signal line and optical cable have independent inlet holes, which will not interfere with each other.
• Cables used in the cabinet are made of flame retardant materials.

• 8.2 Material: galvanized plate+sandwich plate.
• 8.3 Surface treatment: degrease, rust removal, rust prevention and phosphating (or galvanizing), plastic spraying.
• 8.4 Cabinet bearing ≥ 600 kg.
• 8.5 Cabinet protection grade: IP55.
• 8.6 Flame retardant: meet the requirements of GB5169.7 Test A.
• 8.7 Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between the grounding device and the box metalwork shall not be less than 2X104 M Ω/500V (DC).
• 8.8 Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between the grounding device and the box metalwork shall not be less than 3000V (DC)/1min.
• 8.9 Mechanical strength: each surface bears vertical pressure ＞ 980N, and the outermost end bears vertical pressure ＞ 200N after the door is opened.
