Single-speed High-speed centrifugal blower is the new product which designed by B-Tohin Machine. The pneumatic performance and structural design of the series of products has reached the advanced level
of similar products at home and abroad .The blowers are widely used in sewage water treatment, metallurgy,
fluidization of circulating fluidization bed boiler in power station, exhaust gas desulphurization, pharmacy ,
gas booster and so on.

Key Technology

1. Inlet guide vane device position——in front of blower impeller Function——Not only for adjusting the blower capacity within 45% - 100%, but also for ensuring the blower to reach the highest efficiency within its adjusting scope, especially when operation parameters deviating from the designed data (low temperature or low pressure). Adjusting——automatic or manual operation by clicking the touch screen on blower control box. Under the automatic operation, the inlet guide vane is adjusted by electric operator at a set ratio after it receives 4-20mA DC signal, while under manual operation or maintenance condition, the vane is adjusted manually.
2. Mature volute design Reliable pneumatic performance, high efficiency, multi-variable efficiency of 85 %.
3. Impeller of high efficiency The curve for the impeller is selected recurring to simulate working condition on computer, and better fitting for the actual flowage of gas. Made of aerial aluminum alloy or stainless steel, open path backward bent (its smallest dip angle of 6 degree), surface fine machined.
4. Step-up gear box structure and bearing of high reliability The gear box is of horizontal –split structure, volute casing connected to lower casing and separated from upper casing,through which shorten the time required for unloading box cover. High-speed shaft adopts hard thrust disc technology, high-efficiency and low mechanical loss confirmed by line contact. Ellipse ( dislocation ) bearing adopted for big gear,tilting-pad bearing for high-speed gear. The shaft of blower and gear is made of heat-treated forging steel and proper grinded. Every horizontal critical speed is within the scope of±15% than the normal speed, and torsion resonance speed is within the scope of±10% than the running speed, all rotating parts is dynamic balanced. The step-up gear is of Parallel Axis helical type with integral small gear and rotating shaft. Made of surface-quenching forging alloy steel and precisely grinded, the gear’s service index is 1.8 at least.
5. High-precision gear driving Gear of the higher quality grade adopted Gear precision grade is stabilized at ISO1328 5~4 The precision grade can reach 3. Precision grade equal to the standard AGMA or DIN
6. Connection between impeller and high-speed shaft Adopt the connection type of straight end-face key (pin) and triangular shaft The highest power it can transfer reaches 3,000 kW. Convenient in assembling and disassembling without damage to parts

Operation result

From Mar. 1, 2009, we have started trial running of one blower (Model: GS160) in Qiting Sewage Treatment Plant.

Comparing with two roots blowers each of capacity 80m3/min and motor power 132kW operated before, every month 30000 RMB has been saved after use of GS Single-stage High-speed Centrifugal Blower, though it is not at full load operation.

B-Tohin has made great investment in introducing CNC, full-automatic digital control lathes, CMM and other advanced equipment to ensure good quality. A complete set of advanced horizontal OKUMA CNC was introduced specially for the fine finish machining of blower cylinders and end-covers; a NC machine was imported for the processing of blower parts; a Taiwan Dahlih-made CNC was equipped for machining the parts of middle and large size blowers; and several back-forth curve machining planers were introduced for solving the problem of shapers’ precision problem. This kind of planer ranks among the advanced level in China which is specially designed for curve machining of blower rotors. In the beginning of 2015, we cooperated with Testing Laboratory of Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Blowers of China Machinery Industry), and a whole set of blower performance test system was designed for us according to the Roots Blower Industry Standard by the Laboratory.

Passed the certification of ISO9001 & ISO 14001:2400, the company has been nominated as “High & New-tech Enterprises of Jiangsu Province” and “Pneumatic Technology Research Center of Jiangsu Province”.
