About GS series blower
blower structure
GS series blower is single-stage cantilever type, axial intake and radial exhaust structure. The inlet air filter unit, into the suction pipe and inlet guide Ye Qi, driven by the main machine by means of coupling and increase gear coupling, increasing gear drive high-speed rotating the ternary mixed flow of half open impeller to work of gas, gas to the leaf diffuser and volute chamber.
Main system of blower

GS blower is characterized by wide applicability, significant energy saving, small area and easy installation, operation and maintenance. GS series centrifugal blower features single-stage cantilever, axial inlet and radical discharge structure. Air comes into the suction pipe and the inlet guide vane device from the inlet filter setting. Main driving motor is connected with the coupling and the step-up box. When start, the step-up gear drive the ternary mixed semi-open impeller to make gas for power, and the gas discharge out through vane-less diffuser and volute chamber.

With the help of computer simulation, the ideal curve of fluid mechanics is selected, which is more suitable for the actual flow of gas. At the same time, it reduces the deformation caused by centrifugal force, and further improves the efficiency and makes the fan run more smoothly.
The impeller is made of aero-aluminium alloy or stainless steel, with open radial back bending (at least 6 degrees of outlet Angle), all surface finishing. The impeller and the high speed shaft adopt the international advanced connection mode, the impeller speed and the single wheel dynamic balance test have been done before the factory, so as to ensure that the unit can have good maintenance convenience and quality reliability.
